“AddStuff” for PrestaShop

Addstuff will be 1 year old on 5th August 2009!!

Here’s a fun little module that several have used to add some easy custom items to their pages. Inspired by many modules by the same (or similar) names for other open source projects, this allows you to include your own html (or anything else you can think of) into your right or left column easily.

The configuration consists of two items:

  • A filename (default “mystuff.html” in the module directory)
  • A check box to select using the standard box model class (heading is styled with h4)

The example code puts an image and link on your page, so you’ll probably want to change it, but feel free to link back to here from your sites. We appreciate your support!

Latest Version: Addstuff v0.6.3

thanks you for your hard work. I love this module but can’t figure how to add another one – if I need two stuffs to be added one under another. any ideas ?

If they are immediately one after the other, then I would just mark up a single file to simulate two sideboxes.

sounds like its doable – but how do I do it :)

Worked great on my 1.4. Wondering how to make smarty work. I had smarty tags in my file, but they were treated as text.

The only way to add tags unfortunately is to modify the module .tpl file – the content is just plain text/html
